Festival greetings & e-card designed for corporate client in 2020

Navratri is celebrated for a period of nine days, followed by Dussehra. On the other hand, Durga Puja is celebrated for a period of 10 days.  This revolves around worshipping Goddess Durga in her nine forms and it ends with a celebration of Lord Ram's victory over Ravana.

The festival of Dussehra is celebrated with much fervour and enthusiasm across all over India. According to Hindu religious text Ramayana, it is the day when Lord Rama had eliminated Lanka king, Ravana, who had kidnapped his wife, Goddess Sita. The festival is celebrated as a symbol of victory of good over evil.

The celebration of Bijoya, literally meaning 'victory', begins right after the visarjan (immersion of the idol), with people hugging each other and distributing sweets. In some parts, Neelkanth (Indian Roller) birds are released after the visarjan to mark peace descending on earth. As Goddess Durga returns to her abode, here's wishing he leaves behind all the good luck and happiness for the humanity.

In Bengal Lokkhi Pujo or Laxmi puja is performed on Sharada Purnima day, the full moon day following Vijaya Dashami. This puja is also known as Kojagori Lokkhi pujo. Women worship Maa Laxmi in the evening after cleaning their house and decorating the floor of their houses with alpona.

According to legend, Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, prosperity, auspiciousness, and good fortune, and Lord Vishnu's wife, visits her devotees and bestows gifts and blessings upon each of them. To welcome the Goddess, devotees clean their houses, decorate them with finery and lights, and prepare sweet treats and delicacies as offerings. Devotees believe the happier Lakshmi is with the visit, the more she blesses the family with health and wealth.

Hope to spread HAPPINESS & PEACE with a prayer not to harm any animal as well as go noiseless in this Diwali (in 2020) .....
